Who Are You? Why Should I Read Your Blog??

Both good questions.

Currently, I am the editor and founder of checkyourhud.com, a mid sized gaming blog with a strong focus on editorial / entertaining content. Previously, I've held a wide variety of jobs. I was (very briefly) the marketing director for a company that sold laser combs and ATM's, I spent about eight years in and out of the soul crushing world of retail, I worked for a small company that produced concerts, I did freelance IT work on the side throughout most of those jobs, and I even got by for about eight months as a stand up comedian.

So, why read this blog? Well, given my varied life experiences, I'd like to think I've got interesting things to say. This is mostly going to be the place I post any random thoughts that don't fit in anywhere else - the things I need to clear out of my mind to keep it fresh and capable of writing the things I need to write professionally.

I have a lot of random, bizarre thoughts - this is bound to turn out at least somewhat interesting.
